ABOUT THIS COFFEE

Brazil Ipanema Dulce coffee is a shade grown coffee from the Fazenda farm in Ipanema. It is know for its sweet, fruity character similar to a bing cherry with a very mile level of acidity. Brazil Ipanmea Dulce coffee is know for its smoothness and mellow body. This rich, flavorful coffee is perfect if you enjoy a sweet smooth roast.

The Fazenda farm where Ipanema Dulce coffee is grown has the perfect layout for coffee cherries to be picked and sundried on patios. Once it has been dried it is hulled into wooden silos for a month and a half long resting period. Then it is packaged and shipped.

Once the coffee reaches the west coast it is distributed after a short climitization period. The beans make it to roasters, coffee shops, stores and e-tailers like us, then into your cup where you can enjoy a smooth, rich, sweet cup.
