ABOUT THIS COFFEE

Kenyan coffees are known for their high sugar levels, known as acidity in coffee. When it comes to coffee acidity Kenya is king. Lenana AA is no exception, cupped at its origin to insure the traditional taste and all of its nuances are present. Kenya Lenana AA is hand picked and processed the traditional way: sun driend on raised tables.

Kenya Lenana AA Coffee is roasted at the "full city" level to increase the body and aroma without neutralizing the acidity. This strong coffee is great for created iced coffee drinks. As a side note, we recycled a Lenana burlap sack into a hammock at The San Diego Zoo's monkey enclosure.
